connections to Japan, committed to Peace and Justice in Asia. We are
heartened by this rally and send our support for the courage of people
of Japan to stand up for common decency, for truth, for the dignity of
women past and present. We long for Japan’s moral stature to
increase internationally rather than continue to be diminished by its

と正義のための日系カナダ人の会」）は、アジアにおける平和と正義にコミット
した、祖先を日本に持つかまたは日本とつながりのあるカナダ人のグループです。
私たちは今日の皆さんの集会に勇気づけられ、良識、真実、過去と現在の女性の
尊厳のために立ち上がる日本の人々の勇気に支持を送ります。私たちは、日本の
倫理的地位が、現在の一連の政策により低められ続けるのではなく、国際的に高
