The internet is full of falsehoods about the Japanese “comfort women” issue. Many of them are based on historical revisionism, which is the attempt to avoid Japan’s historical responsibility by ignoring or conveniently interpreting historical documents and testimonies (historical revisionism).
We want to change this internet space filled with hate and historical revisionism, and create a “trustworthy place of learning”! We want to open the way to a solution of the Japanese military “comfort women” issue for the future!
With this in mind, we are organizing “Fight for Justice: Japanese Military “Comfort Women” – Resistance to Oblivion, Future Responsibility” (hereinafter referred to as “FFJ”). Since its launch in 2013, FFJ has been committed to presenting information in an easy-to-understand manner, with clear evidence from leading experts.
Since its launch, FFJ has aimed to provide information in multiple languages (English, Korean, and Chinese). We have also started a project to create videos and cartoons for one generation to pass this issue on to the next generation. Revisionism and hate are spreading internationally more than ever. In order to combat this, it is imperative to further enrich the content in multiple languages.
To continue this work, we need donations from each and every citizen.
